Worst experience I have ever had july of 2023 I bought a leather reclining couch and love seat spending a few thousand dollars paid for delivery and they had western express delivery which is a third party moving company that the brick uses deliver my new furniture into my new house that I just bought and have only owned for 1 day at the time and when the delivery company brought my couches in they caused over $6000.00 worth of damages both the brick and western express owner (joel wallis) have stopped communicating with me and have been constantly telling me the insurace company would contact me for months and nothing had been done it has been almost 10 months of this back and forth. I have spend over 10k in the last few years at the brick and will not be back due to their b.s lies and constantly telling me it will be delt with I have copy's of everything and now will have to contact a lawyer

We used WCE for most of our business shipping needs within Canada, however alot of our vendors have asked us to stop booking with them as every single shipment that arrives is damaged, and trying to get a tracking number for them once pick up is made is pathetic. The only reason for 2-3 stars is because they are cheap, quick at getting back to you with quotes and I have 2 specific people I deal with who have made the experiences slightly better.

UPDATE WE HAVE REACHED OUT TO WCE MANY TIMES AND THEY ARE FAILING TO COMPLY WITH THEFT

Poor experience. Went about setting up business account which was simple. Things became complicated when it came time to move parcels. Long story short, after going back and forth with a saleseman and receiving several quotes due to mistakes, the last quote submitted was over double of the previous...nearly double the price of their competitors. Some nice sounding people but very sloppy management. Not the kind of guys that will work to build long term relationships with their customers.

Most welcoming guy (one with long hair's) went there for pickup said we require mask's here where as it publicly announced by government you need not to wear mask in alberta from 1st july i said ready to wear one if you have extra as 90% of us stopped carrying masks in car. Guy said no i dont have one get yours(where as they should offer one as its there policy not public policy anymore). Had to cover nose with tshirt to get out of that premises with worst customer-oriented staff while minding my own business. From Next time no business with you guys.😤👎👎👎👎👎.

The tractor trailer that was sent was a bit too big for this delivery. Props to the driver, he backed it up our 700 foot narrow driveway to make the delivery.

We get shipments from WCE on a fairly regular basis and they regularly come in damaged to an extreme degree.
