J'avais envie de rester avec lui, je sais que j'aurais été bien pris en charge, même si j'aurais dû me rendre à un autre grand hôpital plus équipé pour le VBAC. I had such a awesome experience with this office and all the staff from front reception to the nurse and med student and Dr.Badawi! Everyone was very kind and welcoming and made me feel well taken care of, heard and comfortable. I wish I could deliver with him, I know I'd be well taken care of, even though I'd have to drive an hr to do so! Unfortunately due to my circumstances I had to go to a different bigger hospital better equipped for vbac. But wow 10/10 for this office and all the wonderful staff 🙌

They rushed at my first prenatal. Feel like my voice wasn’t heard when I said I have anxiety with my pregnancy, got denied when I asked for an ultrasound to see if my subchorionic hemorrhage went away

I would love to see the Dr. But since it's not about my period I'm not allowed. I got turned away because it didn't follow thier exact chart they had. I need to see the Dr. If I have to I'll book one with my sister. I have done that before. Pathetic that admin turns people away.

Basically useless. You can go to the hospital for help as well. Their hours are not accommodating with anyones schedule unless youre a senior, or have no life whatsoever. The help i got was very limited and they dont explain anything properly. I have even left crying with misinformed information. It is much easier to see a family doctor, or go into the city. They have better hours and more professional staff
