I can’t say enough positive things about the staff at the Whimsicle Emporium in Barrie! The trucks are clean and in great condition. They have a huge selection of rental options and will make sure every detail is taken care of. I have used this location on many occasions and will continue to use them for all my rental needs. Amazing place. They take your safety seriously and have trailers in the best condition i have seen at any uhaul. Only place i have got a complete trailer inspection before I head down the road. This is paramount for your safety. Always a smile and a friendly chat from everyone there . Highly recommend.

Did the mobile self serve pick up option - went pretty smoothly. The woman that was there still came over to make sure we knew where to go which was helpful. Truck was clean and easy to access. The traffic ended up being crazy before we dropped it back off so we were 20 mins late but they were so kind about it and told us not to worry! I have heard horror stories from other places charging you an extra day for something like that. I appreciated their grace. Will definitely come here again for the next move 🙂

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with charm, cheer, and customer service so helpful it felt like they had magic wands behind the counter. Trailer rental was absolute 💯 clean and we'll maintained.

The truck was clean, reliable, and ready faster than I could say "bubble wrap." They even had an enchanting selection of moving supplies that somehow made packing fun. If you're looking to make your next move feel less like a chore and more like a fairytale quest, this is the place.

10/10 would cast another rental spell here!

One of the best, if not the best place to rent a moving/cargo vehicle! Extremely helpful and friendly staff, made renting effortless, where some places make it difficult. Moving can be a stressful time sometimes (like mine was), and the last thing you need is another hassle.
The lady at the desk (sorry I forgot your name) made it very easy, knows her stuff and the system and was able to book multiple rentals for me without asking 1000 questions that others may ask. Thanks for all of your help, and your friendliness at the counter!

I have used this location a few times to rent a U-Haul vehicle. The Staff are very friendly & helpful. The Trucks & equipment have always been maintained and in good shape. Overall a very good experience and a location that I would highly recommend!
