I have used White Wings several times to transport my wheelchair-bound father to appointments. I am always impressed with them! I have had a few different drivers, including the owner and his son, and a wonderful woman named Mary, and all of them were friendly, always on time, and treat my father and I extremely well. When we had an appointment at the hospital, and I wasn't sure how to get where we needed to go, Mary took us to the exact place we needed to be in the hospital! Such great service! I tried a wheelchair taxi once, but they were late, and said they couldn't guarantee a time, so we were late for an appointment. I won't do that again! I would recommend White Wings to anyone who needs to be somewhere at a specific time, and wants reliable, friendly service.

I emailed White Wings and they replied promptly, same day. Clear communication booking over the phone. Really great transportation service for our Dad in a wheelchair from St Thomas to London. They even offered to help direct him to the clinic at the hospital for his appointment. Would definitely recommend!

We are very appreciative for the help and support our parents receive from Nabil and the White Wings team. When our dad first started using a wheelchair it was very challenging to find reliable accessible transportation for him. Other providers were not able to keep their commitments nor had a good understanding how to appropriately transport someone in a wheelchair. As our mom’s ability to get out for groceries or do her errands became more challenging, we were able to organize a reliable companion for her through White Wings. This allowed her to keep her independence and maintain her home, while removing some of the demands from us. The White Wings companion now visits her at her Retirement Home providing continuity, support and companionship as she navigates this new environment. We are grateful that we were able to find an organization such as White Wings that has been able to help us to support our parents as they age.
