Unfortunately I will never come back to this store even in an apocalypse if it was the last store open. I bought 3 packs of ribs for my family. They expire 4 days away. When I opened them at home, 2 of them smelled worse than a dumpster outside of a fish market on a warm day. I also tried the self checkout but ran into a problem and required assistance. I waited for the longest time ever then the worker made me feel dumb twice and didn’t even fully help me. I cried in the car after because I felt so dumb even though I have never been trained by wholesale on there self checkouts. The only actual help I received was from a nice gentleman who didn’t even work for the store.

Today was the most embarrassing experience ever. I needed to use the washroom desperately while shopping with my husband and there was NO toilet tissue at all in the rest room with only one stall working. I called my husband and asked him to ask someone to bring some to the washroom which he did. Nothing no one turned up after a while another lady came in and offered me some Kleenex. I let the cashier know but she did nothing to help. I then called the manager and complained she was most apologetic and said she would look into it. Worst ever experience.

5:00 on a Sunday not a lot of product on the shelves but at least 4 staff standing around at the front of the store giggling. No ground beef, no head lettuce too name a couple. When working with the public tone DOWN your perfume ladies it was disgraceful. Lots of people can’t tolerate strong smells. Especially cheap gross perfume

Often bare shelves, but still the best, most affordable place to shop for produce in Swift Current. Staff are usually very friendly, but the store often seems understaffed. It would be more beneficial to have an actual Superstore here rather than the Wholesale club. What you offer in wholesale, our local restaurants can order from actual wholesale companies, but they come in here and clear out the standard groceries.

Was a 2, but today was a 4! Helpful employee with a smile even! Found the things we needed and were a bit lower priced for the most part. Seemed clean. Was late so we got through checkout fast. Plenty of parking always but beware of the very bumpy bumpy parking lot. One complaint is the loud music playing.

The store is kept clean. It can sometimes be understocked, but I'm not sure if they have control over that. If you use the scanner code of practice at their store, be prepared to have them waste 30-45mins of your time. I have shopped there for 6yrs and alot of the employees still don't know how to refund the scanner code (code 33). I've been a customer at this store for 10 years now and they definitely can use some help. I tried calling them today but its just a loop message and no one answers. I wanted to tell them that their washroom needs to be added to the cleaning list. That PC optimum members do still get points for using PC bags (I was told yesterday that they don't, so the lady at the till wouldn't type in the 2 sets of numbers). Be careful of the expiry date on items, as I also found stuff they were selling that expired October 2023. I would have just told all this to the manager, but they wouldn't answer the phone. And after waiting 20mins on their loop, I hung up and left a review. Please do better.

I am new to swift current and both times I've gone to the cash register, I've had the misfortune of having the same middle aged woman with light hair & a bob hairstyle. She is rude, snyde, miserable & completely unprofessional. I would strongly encourage management to have her stock shelves instead of working with the public. She is clearly NOT a people person. I will not shop here as long as she is on the register. I can shop elsewhere and not be treated like that

Good place to go for bulk foods! In some aspects even better priced then Wal mart or Costco!

Really nice employees as well. Their supervisor Janelle was really helpful! I will definitely be coming back way more often! Keep up the amazing work!
