Amber at Wild Little Roses was awesome coordinating my order to Mallorytown for my sister in law. She called me immediately when there was an accident and the order couldn't be fulfilled, and created the most beautiful fall bouquet for us in lieu of the original order. Thank you Amber!

I heard many great things about Wild Little Roses. I had never purchased from them prior; but I was excited to give them a try with my wedding flowers. I had requested dried flowers for a couple of reasons - the wedding was taking place in a different city and I wanted the arrangements to be hung in our cabin afterwards. They understood I would be picking up the dried arrangements 3 weeks prior due to logistics (left them with family) and they confirmed there would be no problem with the timing or the flowers. When we arrived the day before our wedding, I checked the flowers and they were moldy and very smelly. I was very disappointed because after the tip, the flowers cost me $325. I found their email thread to me and replied stating the flowers were ruined and sent pics as well. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back....

I can’t thank Amber at Wild Little Roses more for the beautiful flower arrangements she created for my father’s funeral service. They were absolutely gorgeous and the personal attention and special care and concern in getting the right flowers to create just the right look and feel for these gorgeous arrangements was amazing! We had two major vases for the church and the sweetest unique table arrangements for the reception. Thanks again Wild Little Roses !

***Augusft 2nd - I did receive a nice email and a voicemail today.***

I ordered flowers online for delivery on July 18th. I followed up by phone that day during opening hours and got voicemail. I left a voicemail which was not returned. I also reached out via email 1 week later and again a week after that asking for confirmation of delivery and neither was replied to.

I like ordering and buying local, and had a positive experience once before with this business which is why there is 2 stars.

There's nothing more uncomfortable than this situation especially with a nice local business and I've never felt so upset at a local business.... I'm a patient consumer, I even tipped for delivery.

I had accidentally phoned this business thinking it was in Gananoque. I then had to call back and they were very understanding and still delivered it to the hotel room. Not only this but the delivery driver customized the room for us before we got there. They went way above and beyond. I gave a review in place of a tip as when I paid over the phone they could not accept it. The lady I spoke with on the phone was also so fantastic.

Always exciting combinations. I appreciated that the flowers I ordered for Mother’s Day came packaged in water and in a solid base for transporting! Definitely a good option if you are looking for something for a special occasion!

I recently worked with Meg to put an order in for a flower activity for a special event - I am excited to pick up next week and will update my review with photos of the finished project!

UPDATE: I was soooo happy with our flower crown kits, and they turned out amazing - basically exactly like the Pinterest inspo!!

I went to wild little roses for the first time today and as a plant person I am super excited about this adorable plant shop. Staff was friendly and they had a lot more plants then expected. They had 2 of my wishing list plants for reasonable prices as well! I will definitely be back!

Not only were the flowers beautiful, but the shop is gorgeous! So many great flowers, plants and gift ideas. The service was top-notch and the bouquet I purchased was packaged perfectly. They put so much thought into it that they even use waterproof paper so the water in the floral foam doesn't leak. The mason jar bouquets would be perfect for a little gift. Highly recommend!
