We are a long time customer of Mobile Mini (8 years +), and they have been great. For the past several years I have dealt with Jerika Triplett, the office manager. She has helped me with billing questions, access to my on line account etc. She is very efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

We had been dealing with Rent Me for many years with no problems. Once Mobile mini took over it became a night mare. We could have paid for these 10 time over but my business adviser wanted to keep it as a rental. I have asked to buy them on a rent to own or some other plan but they keep messing it up. I can not wait to get these off the clock and away from this awful company.

Our business has been using Mobil Mini for years. We have a unit year round and use one during Stampede. Because we are downtown, we have issues with the bin being broken into and having to move it time and time again. Each time I have asked Mobil Mini (specifically Jerika and Brad) for help, I feel that even though it's a pain, they go above and beyond to assist us going even further by making great suggestions. They are so easy to work with!!!

We made the mistake of using Mobile Mini as storage for our items while we were in the process of moving between homes. Their containers are fantastic being solid steel and extremely secure with some attachment points inside for ratchet straps to keep your items securely fastened. That unfortunately is where our happiness with Mobile Mini's service ends. We have been double billed for delivery charges (we were told delivery gets paid up front with a 'relocation' charge but yet on our bill we show delivery charges), we were quoted one price from sales but have been getting billed another, and even though we finished with the containers a couple weeks ago, we continue to be charged for monthly rent on containers we don't even have anymore.

We had exceptional service with Rent-Me Storage Solutions, and had used them many times for business work, but unfortunately when they were taken over by Mobile-Mini, the service has completely cratered, It seems that the different people in the office never talk to one another, billing doesn't know what sales quoted, no one seems to know if you even have containers, they just send out bills.

If you enjoy dealing with absolute frustration, then this is the company to call. As for us, we will never make the mistake of dealing with Mobile-Mini again.

I have been a customer of Mobile Mini Calgary for many years, and have never had a problem that the staff (Jerika, Mike, Dean, and Ron) couldn't solve quickly and efficiently. I have been at many storage facilities over the years, but none as great to deal with as Mobile Mini Calgary. I refer everyone looking for storage to them - they are the best.

I would give 5 stars, but I never do that! I've used Mobile Mini Calgary for sea-cans at job sites for 2+ years. At times I only require a storage container for a month, at times for an extended period. Sure, there have been a few minor hiccups at times (what business doesn't have them?) but the staff at the Calgary branch has always been quick to sort them out. I've found the Calgary team energetic, efficient and polite.
