I use the Windsor International Transit Centre every month.

The centre has clean washrooms and security with lots of seating.

This is the location to obtain the transit pass - you can take your picture and reload the pass as needed.

The driver and myself had an argument. He threw a temper tantrum trying to get me off the bus and he literally shut the door on me with my bag and my arm stuck in the door and he began to drive away. After me, yelling at him a few times he finally stopped and open the door. Then drove away. I don't know how he got a job driving a bus.

Worst experience ever with a public transportation. Yesterday at 8 am I was standing at riverside at hall avenue waiting for number 8 bus towards transit terminal, the driver saw me standing there but he didn’t stop. Very shameful and racial discrimination act by the driver, because of them I got late for work and got a warning. The driver got his job but didn’t do his job properly and for that I had to pay. It was so cold yesterday at -4 celcius, and I was standing for 10 minutes because sometimes the bus comes early and what I got was utter humiliation by that driver. Very shameful for that driver and the windsor transit terminal and the government.

by far the worst bus service I’ve ever experienced in my life. the drivers almost always have a very terrible attitude and the staff inside are the slowest people imaginable. Having ONE desk attendant available with a line of 8+ people right as most people are commuting home from work/school...who on earth made the schedule busses are literally almost always late, or almost always full and WILL pass by you and STILL drop others off in ur face, with a smile. a driver today literally saw me coming to his bus (Dominion 5 at the 6PM departure from the terminal on the 19th of June, 2023). HE was already 6 minutes late to arrive at the station to pick people up (a usual occurrence) and I was stuck inside along with several others waiting in line to reload my buss pass with one available worker until her dizzy coworker joined her. I take this route everyday after work and always take the 6PM bus. The driver legit looked me dead in the eyes, smiled for a good 6-7 seconds as he slowly drove past me. every single person waiting outside for their own miserable drivers to spawn from the ashes had the same disgusted and shocked reaction. keep in mind i was literally within 4-5 feet of the bus, and it would have taken all of 7 seconds for me to be able to get to the front door…complete rubbish. absolutely horrible useless attitudes.

I was at the transit windsor today because a few days ago I lost my smart pass the pass comes with my face, I accidentally lost my pass and I was at the transit windsor to find out if they found my pass but nothing gave results but why am I writing this look why? A lady helped me twice in which I told her about the loss of my pass and I told her that if she could check before checking, she looked at me with a serious face and with a cold attitude as if nothing was funny to her, I mean it was like the difference from look bad so she gets up from her chair and goes to see the package of lost passes and well my pass did not appear so today I went to see if there is any good news so she helped me and I told her about my pass in which she came back and He looked at him like the other time and when I told him that he can check, he raised his voice and got angry with me and told him that I have to say Please, I mean, as if I was forced and not to say please, he got like that, that guy's attitude has to be correct it and talk to the staff because that type of treatment is not fair and don't be disrespectful or anything.

One of th best Transit Center. Staff are very helpful and Buses and Bus Drivers are perfect on schedule wise and nature wise. Commendable Work.
