While I typically refrain from writing online reviews, my recent experiences compel me to express my concerns regarding the conduct of certain bus drivers. It is my observation that a number of these drivers exhibit a lack of professionalism and courtesy towards passengers.
I understand that the demands of public transportation can be stressful. However, other professionals in comparable or more challenging public-facing roles, such as nurses, doctors, and police officers, consistently maintain a high degree of composure and civility.
Bus drivers should recognize that their position inherently involves interacting with the public. If one does not possess the necessary social skills and temperament to perform this job effectively and pleasantly, alternative career paths may be more suitable.

Okay, so where should I start? The bus drivers, well are extremely aggressive when it comes to driving. Especially the 759 bus (the dominion route) that comes to pick up Vincent Massey Secondary School students. Students that are standing up literally collapse like domino's when the bus driver hits the brakes, and this occurs on several buses on different days. There were also occurrences of bus drivers literally smoking 20 centimeters away from the bus, while leaving the doors closed, and trapping us in the bus on a pretty hot day. Funniest thing is that there's literally no smoking signs on the bus doors, and yet some of the bus drivers still have the audacity to literally smoke 20 centimeters away from a bus filled with high school students. Like I get it, you have an addiction to smoking, but please don't force the students to wait 15 minutes in a crammed space with high temperatures for you to finish your "smoke" break. Some of the bus drivers also accelerate and de-accelerate extremely quickly, to a point where it no longer feels safe riding on a city bus, and this is only with the bus drivers that drive the 759 buses as every single other bus on a normal day drive in a somewhat normal manner. The bus stop of which the 759 bus stops at in the afternoon to pick up students' needs to be rebuilt to accommodate the tens of students that flood the bus as soon as it comes. There was an occurrence last year (2023) where a student got pushed off the curb and almost got ran over by an oncoming bus, just because a flood of students rushed to the bus as it was coming. Either a barrier needs to be setup to ensure that students aren't pushed into the road, or some sort of infrastructure needs to be put in order to make sure that the students can SAFELY board the bus without running the risk of somebody getting trampled or run over. The buses, as usual, are sometimes CRAMMED to the maximum, to a point where students are millimeters away from each other, crammed in the corridor (but the bus drivers still tell us to "MOVE BACK" when it's not even possible). As a result, this creates issues where students are UNABLE to get off at THEIR DESTINATION due to how hard it is to get to the freaking exit, of which you can probably see why this is a major issue. Luckily, it's been a little bit better lately, but that nevertheless is still a common occurrence from time to time. The buses also tend to either arrive very early, or arrive super late, of which the latter results in students being baked on sunny days by the sun. Windsor Transit needs to actually read these reviews, and to ensure that they can actually improve the god-awful state of which the current transit service is in. Props to them for replacing the piece of craps that the old buses were, but there are still several improvements that need to be made in order for this transit service to even be considered as a somewhat decent transit service.

Absolutely horrible bus services. The worst I have seen in Canada. The bus driver use their own fabricated schedule. They are charging the same as TTC when in return they can't even deliver the bare minimum. If you want to reach somewhere on time better to use Uber than giving them 4$

I can't give them 0, Customer service calls posted on the website were not answered. Today, September 19th,2022, at 9:20, I got on the No. 5 bus to st.clair college at the departure station. Very bad driver! After leaving the departure station, he only parked for the passengers who got off. He did not park for the students waited outside. There was a seat next to me, and there were no standing passengers in the back part of the bus. The students must arrive at the stop early, he did not let them get on , the children have to wait another 20 minutes, and they will be late for class too! His approach made the emotions of our passengers in the bus very depressed. Such people are not fit for public service. I met same driver in the Dominion 5 bus two years ago, in the very cold winter, he didn't stop for me, I felt so sad in the cold.

Went to make the transit pass, for the very first time and obviously I wasn’t familiar, how that works. the black lady at the counter was too rude and she wasn’t able to talk properly as she is I don’t know tired or sleepy. Worst experience with her. Spolied my whole day.
