Excellent service from George -- went to Windsor-Detroit for a baseball game and back the same day in June, 2022. He was there promptly (early) at the pick-up location and for the return trip -- although we had a general idea of timing, we texted him an hour prior to pick-up in Detroit and he was there promptly at the location specified! Used his knowledge of the area to get us to the tunnel quickly while some of the surrounding streets were jammed up with tunnel traffic. $86 (one-way), well worth it if you have a couple people heading over. Would definitely use their services again!

My first time using a shuttle service and was very impressed. I had to fly back from Florida due to having my daughter start school in July. Even though my flight was late getting in, my driver was still there waiting to pick me up to cross the Canadian border. Everything went smooth even with an extra passenger ( a dog ) he had to return back to his owner as he was not allowed to fly during COVID. Will definitely use their services again.

We recently used Windsor Transportation Service for a trip from Windsor to Toronto. Syd was our driver and we were very satisfied. He was on time, reliable, trustworthy and very personable on our ride with him. I would definitely use his services again in the future!

I had two experiences with WTS and both of my drivers were awesome. Saad went well out of his way on Christmas Day to help me cross the border after an issue with a PCR test, and he was reassuring and knowledgeable. My second driver (whose name I cannot remember, but the owner’s son! So sorry) was punctual and friendly. I would highly recommend WTS for any individual needing transportation, especially when coming from DTW. They made the whole process easy and stress free.

My husband’s and I had the pleasure of using Windsor transportation service Shuttle yesterday and we were so impressed. Our driver George was so professional and the car was there when we landed at DTW . It was are first time using this Windsor transportation service and we look forward to using in the future. This was such an easy process in a time when COVID has changed our lives.

Worst experience of my life! Driver called me yelling at pick up because he showed up prior to our flight landing. Had to wait for baggage. Then he drove like a maniac in a snow storm, all over the road, over the speed limit. Then proceeded to attempt to use his phone for directions while driving in horrible snow covered roads. When he pulled into our driveway he then pulled onto our freshly seeded/levelled yard and left Ruts. Horrible attitude from driver, horrible driving skills. Was terrified we weren’t going to make it home alive

WTS is now my go-to service for travel from Windsor to Detroit. It was difficult to find a way from DTW airport to Windsor during Covid with the shuttle bus closed and other services limited. I'm so glad I found WTS! They were simple to coordinate with via email, were waiting for me at the arrivals curb before I got to baggage claim, and quickly & safely navigated the border and dropped me off exactly where I needed to go in Windsor. I also used them to get back to the airport, and it was equally seamless, efficient and easy! Couldn't recommend them enough.

I was originally booked at 3:45am, and then he emailed me back after that was arranged to change the time to 3:15am and for me to reconfirm. I apparently did not reconfirm in time and he cancelled on me the day before my flight. Then he referred me to another person, not even a company, that he claimed was a friend of his that would do it for me. As a woman traveling alone, that was unacceptable.

I managed to get my flight changed so I could get a ride and attempted to rebook with him again. When I called, it was around 10pm but his website claims business hours are "24/7". He yelled at me for calling so late to book and informed me the 24/7 only applied to people who already booked, but that is listed nowhere on his website.

So I get stranded hours before my flight leaves, forced to change my flight, and when I try to rebook with them, yelled at for an imaginary rule that is not listed on the website info. Very unprofessional and a bad impression.
