We went to Wings Up to try out the wings and we tried the mild and honey garlic with potato wedges as a side. The employees were friendly and professional and the store clean and modern but the wings were mediocre. The wings themselves looked great but the sauces were lacking. The Honey garlic sauce was unbalanced leaning heavy to garlic with a bland overtone and the barbecue was too vinegary. If this place twerked their sauces for these flavors they would up their game✌️

Placed order on uber 2 days in a row, 1st day came great! 2nd day, not so much… 1st day placed with delivery, second day placed with pick up. My partner and I picked up our order that we placed through uber, got back in the car, looked through the bag, and only the wing boxes to fine no sauces that we ordered (blue cheese & ranch) I went back, after questioning if I was sure that I checked inside the box, he whilstly replaced them.. once I got home and further checked the bag I can see why he asked.. they were underneath the saucy wings? Pardon? That’s just poor packaging, gross. No wonder I didn’t see them. Secondly, my jalapeño poppers the first night came correctly with sour cream, the second night, marinara sauce

Unsure how this is a $20.99 value? Disappointed.

Update: owner rectified by giving 2LB of wings on the house. Much appreciated. They were delicious!

These are my go to comfort food. Absolutely love them. Always freshly cooked. Full of flavour. Delivery is excellent.I had 2 lbs medium wings with blue cheese and carrot sticks.

Horrible service. I went in for a pound of wings I had ordered 45 prior. When I went in he told me another 20 minutes. 30 minutes went by and I finally got my pound of wings. Not apologetic or polite. Very unorganized. Not happy with the new ownership. Never going back. Red Rockets it is 👌

The food was great, but the quantity of food is rather small. We purchased the wing meal combo with a drink as a BOGO special from Uber Eats. Price was $18.99, which is good for a BOGO, but you only get 4 wings and a small order of wedges and vegetables per order. For less money, you can get more from Red Rockets(snack pack 8 wings, veg, wedges, $12.53) or Limeride Pizza(12 wings + garlic bread $15.99). For $3 more, you can get a medium pizza and 10 wings from Limeridge Pizza. This was a very deceiving BOGO special, and we are still left hungry. On a positive note, the Honey Garlic Parmesan is an absolute must try if you do order from here.

Ordered wings with the wing sauce on the side instead of on the wings. Never received any sauce. Called the restaurant and they offered a credit for just the sauce the next time I visit. As much as I appreciate the laughable credit offered, it doesn’t really solve the problem that my dry wings are inedible now. Was hoping for at least a credit for the wing order or to have some sauce delivered. Pretty horrible customer service if you ask me.

Ordered 2lbs of wings and a large onion rings for pickup at 6:35. I received a message at 6:05 saying my order was ready. When I arrived at 6:15 the place was packed because they were doing a 50% off wing promotion. I didn’t get to the counter until 6:40. I’m assuming my order was sitting for 35 minutes at this point. Once I got home the onion ring portion was tiny considering it was a large and costs $6.99, and it was cold. Half my wings were honey garlic which were great, and the other half was dry Cajun. Those were also luke warm at best and had next to no seasoning on them. The wings are pricey even at 50% off, and the “large” portion is tiny. I’ve gotten wings from here before and they were great, but after this I can’t justify the price for the quality I received.
