Ordered 2x boneless wings combos was sent the complete wrong ordered, not even close to what was ordered. Absolutely horrible service if they can't even get you're order remotely correct

The food was good and the place is spotless and clean. The workers are extremely hospitable and go above and beyond to make you enjoy your time at WingsUp! Thank you to Maher and Shaheed for this. The chicken was not oily and was perfectly cooked. The Jamaican hot sauce is done right made with scotch bonnet peppers. The wedges are also perfectly cooked and the Cajun seasoning is a great option. The gravy is also excellent and it is veggie based which is a good option if you don't eat meat. It is hard to feel like you are getting your money's worth nowadays anywhere you go. Prices are reasonable

Always fresh and the wings sauces are really good. Tried half the menu already. Mind you i did pick ups. They are awesome for pick ups or eating in. Have not ordered online.

Nine of us ordered lunch at our workplace as a treat. I ordered the chicken fingers and wedges.
Our order was more than an hour late. When the food finally got here it was cold. I have attached some pictures of the chicken fingers. They were mostly very fried batter, hardly any chicken.
The little chicken inside the batter was dry and tough.
I will not be trying this place again.

I ordered a rootbeer and crush and two orders of 1.5 lbs (680 grams). When I got it I got a crush and iced tea and then I also got two orders a very small wings which I weighed and it was 415 and 581 grams
. I called the store The person on the other end of the telephone was not helpful whatsoever and said that it looks so good on their end and that it’s not their problem to connect Uber and said they were out of rootbeer so they just replaced it with another drink didn’t bother ti try to contact or and refund. The bag was unopened, so I don’t understand how it could be Uber's fault. I would not recommend anybody to go to. Chicken wings were dry, chewy, the lemon pepper were bland and honey garlic were partial dry even though I paid extra for the sloppy option. We ended up throwing it out. Very disappointing in customer service response, as well as food quantity and quality of food.

WARNING Bad order on Uber Eats and they don’t answer the phone. We got PART our order. Spent $70. Never again. And they are so tiny. I work at the hospital and I am telling everyone not to use Wings Up

We ordered through skip the dish and were so pleased. Wedges that weren't dry. He ordered honey garlic and me lemon pepper. Finally a wing place that can make lemon pepper wings right. Loved our food so much ordered again for a end of work week treat on Friday.
