attendant is rude and i am very shocked they are allowed to speak to people that come in the way they do. Gives this location a bad name. Hopefully one of these days things will change. Till then i would suggest going to a different location.

Truck leaking engine oil at my site. Truck has not returned since the leak was reported. Truck still leaking oil as witnessed at other sites. Driver said bin was "inaccesible" when my surveilance video proves otherwise. Invoicing not adjusted for missing services. No contact from WM whatsoever.

I’ve dealt with the same guy on two occasions at the weigh station. Both times he yelled at me for doing something wrong. His rules changed from one visit to the next. I feel like this guy gets a rise out of making people feel uncomfortable. Like he’s trying to pick a fight with you. When I’ve got trash to get rid of in this city, I get anxiety about having to go here. What other option do we have? I’ve lived in many city’s and getting rid of trash has never been so hard to navigate.

Guy at the weigh station was rude and unfriendly. He banned the guy before me because he didn't read the total before paying, then threatened to ban me if I didn't read my total before paying. Also yelled at me to turn my truck off 3 times before I could even get my my truck into neutral. I will be burning my garbage from now on.

Guys in the scale house do a great job. Very friendly. The only issue i have is the pot holes and people not knowing who's turn it is to use the scale. But the staff are great.

WM is our on site preferred waste management for our company.
Personally too, I've used the Brockville facility. It is convenient and easy to use as a "pay as you go" place for disposal of all types of waste. (E-waste is free)
