I arranged for a shuttle service with Woods Limos to drive people home after a wedding. Booking was easily arranged and the vans arrived at the correct time and even shuttled a few passengers when it was past the prearranged time. The pricing was much more reasonable than what other companies were charging when I called around to get quotes. Would strongly recommend this company.

We went to Grand pre to have a small intimate wedding at Tangled garden. And decided last minute to rent a limo service. The gentlemen on the phone was very pleasant and took all information and payment over the phone.
On the wedding day we got picked up by a very nice gentlemen that took us to our wedding venue, he was very chatty and nice.
The reason we are giving this a one star is because of pick up, you would think that when you spend money on a limo service by the hour that you wouldn’t feel rushed or made to feel like a annoyance.
But this was the case with Ruth in pick, not one smile, no congratulation for the wedding, when I told her we where going to have a smoke before heading out to our dinner reservation she stood there staring at us like we needed to rush and like we didn’t pay full price for a limo service that we only use for 15 mins. After we felt like we had to hurry cause Ruth seemed impatient, we got in car and she turned to the back staring at the children with a again annoyed look cause they where taking a while to buckle up.
Finally we left and not one word of conversation from Ruth just quietness.
I tried a few time to make small talk but she wouldn’t have it.
Once we got to the wedding venue she started asking about payment? We where confused as we had already given this info, when we told her this she got annoyed and made a call to the owner witch took our info again.
Anyways bottom line here is that we paid for 2 hours of limo service and our total usage was for 15 mins.
I get the minimum charge but to feel ruched and being death started with annoyance when we decided to rent a limo service and not a cab is the point!
Maybe the company just needs to teach Ruth this!

Known this business for years, family owned and operated. I'm very surprised to see any bad reviews of them. Always outstanding friendly people, will use again anytime we fly into NS.

Absolutely terrible customer service and the most expensive in the area for no reason at all. They charge $25 more than any other service. I was charged $75 from Sunnyside mall to the airport.
