I dont understand why theyhave a phone line or voicemail if they never answer their phones or return calls. I've been trying to reach them for 4 weeks. Ibeencalling every day and leaving messages and still to this day. Not satisfied at all, they wanna penalize us for not following guidelines or time but they dont even follow either but we get punished. Smh

I was given a penalty for no good reason now I'm battling with the appeals process. Do not trust these people they do not want to help you! Please be careful! I just had a child and cannot getu benefits because of the penalty that was out on my case for something outside of my control.

This is definitely one of the best places to go if you really need a job. They are really there to help you, everyone is friendly and welcoming.

Be very careful young people they put you through testing make lots of promises offer gas card and help with an interview outfit. You literally have to drive around and find 3 different outfits at 3 different locations to get RECEIPTS then they go and get it for you. Most stores won't even do it. My daughter had to do this twice! Told her she qualified for a program that would help pay for school/ training in the beginning then said something different. They NEVER gave her the gas card I'm about to turn someone in bc I'm thinking they issue them and keep for themselves. Got her a job she had no experience in, the first day was horrible, the pay was a joke, the manager was treated her like trash! And yes they do some weird thing / internship where the workforce pays you for 12 weeks.
LISTEN folks just go out and look for yourself on your own. Its NOT WORTH IT. They make promises they dont keep especially about the programs. There needs to be an investigation done on who they are giving these spots too and gas cards!

Apparently their new policy is that they will put you in a crappy internship, and then the manager at that location can devide of they wanna give you a permanent position or not. But either way after you complete your intership the Work Force will drop you completely, and they even said AND I QUOTE "You are on your own to find yourself another job" They make us young adults in that program all these promisepromises in the beginning, then the policy just happens to change.. sadly I'm my case they didn't get around to telling me that til 2 days before my contract for the interniship is done.. so I'm about to be unemployed, and they didn't even tell me with enough time for me to be applying for other jobs. They completely screwed me over...

Very helpful location with friendly staff who are willing to assist you with your every need. I recommend you check this place out if you are needing help employment they have a phone and a fax machine. And a printer as well.

Great place to get your jobs search but mian i dont like .they aren't able to help. You with any unemployment issue?. So you stuck like chuck. Some of the staff are not very helpful
