I can't even begin to explain how upsetting it is that this was all just a scam.. Check deposited and now my family can't eat because it was a fake check and all our money is gone. I would never work with this company again

I was terminated after working almost a month for handling a phone call wrong, so they don't give you room for mistakes. My prepaid card came in after my second paycheck. When I linked my bank account, my check didn't deposit for two more days. They don't pay you for all the time you work. They only pay you for "productive" time, so your pay is sonewhat dependent on customers answering the phone. I would not recommend working there.

I was hoping that it wouldn’t come to this but unfortunately I have no other option. I found out about working solutions about two months ago through a friend and of course some hesitance about working from home but I was tired of commuting. So after reading the requirements and doing some due diligence I moved forward and purchased the required equipment. A brand new laptop because the one I had wasn’t sufficient for the contract's to potentially be working on a wireless keyboard wired headphones. Totaling about $900 dollars. About a week after I applied I secured an offer from my placement advisor Miss Andrea O’Hair. I started class maybe two weeks later and was present for all classes completed all pre work assignments and was ready to start making live test calls in class. But because of an issue with logins that affected myself and maybe 30 to 40 other people we were unable to continue and because the other class had already been pre filled we had to wait for another contract. So I reached out to Miss O’Hair and she placed me on another contract and after all of the verification that’s needed before all contracts and installing necessary tools needed to make calls I was prepared to start on the date provided. Now I admit I missed the 1st day of class but I was told to be return for class on
the 1st of December I believe but the start date was supposed to be the 28th but since I was told otherwise I thought that was the start date. So after missing the start date I was unfortunately unable to continue so I reached out to my placement advisor and was informed because I missed my start date I wouldn’t be placed on another contract at the time. And to make matters worse I was told that this isn’t the only company that offers contract work why don’t I try them out I felt a bit disrespected and and shunned as if I was being a bother by asking to be placed on another contract. And I was already aware of that I didn’t need to be told that because I had already been applying to those other companies! I even sent a few emails to relay my apologies for missing the start date and informed Miss O’Hair that I have applied for several other contracts and sometimes I get a response other times I don’t and I find that very unprofessional and frustrating. I don’t feel that she is for me and I would really like to speak with someone in the matter and not via email I’ve called the corporate office but can never get an answer. I know that you are assigned advisors by last name but I would really like another advisor because you shouldn’t be ignored and after making the investment that I have I feel that I deserve another opportunity. And maybe even Miss O’Hair could be giving a refresher on common curtsey and compassion in the future for your potential clients. I would like someone to reach out to me personally I don’t think that’s to much to ask thank you.

This place might not be a scam but you have scammers using your name to get people's info and such. I had to download telegram and to talk with them. Then they wanted all kinds of personal/bank information from me. Passwords and such. Then asked for my Facebook login information talking about they need all this for verification purposes. Said they were going to send me an apple computer, iPhone 15 and other stuff and software from the company if I provided all this information. SCAM

I just completed the in-class training last week and began my nesting period taking live calls. The training was great and the staff is helpful, cheerful, and encouraging. There are plenty of hours available to schedule. The project I am working on is perfect since I have 10 plus years of hotel and cruise travel experience. I have worked for other at home companies and so far Working Solutions blows them away. The compensation is above the market average. They do not cap the amount of hours you can work like similar 1099 Independant Contractor opportunities. I look forward to staying on with Working Solutions for the foreseeable future. This a a great work at home opportunity.

Makes me so sad to see all of the negative reviews. I found plenty of work from home opportunities that were very flexible, and provided me with a stable income to help with my families needs. I understand some people may be looking for something different... but what more could you ask for? Working Solutions provided me with a flexible schedule, great pay, and awesome training and leadership from program managers. I also don't know if maybe some of you haven't worked from home. Some work from home opportunities do not provide W2's Working Solutions, is one of those. They do however provide a form to show what was earned 1099 which you can use for tax purposes. Working Solutions also considers you a independent contractor vs a w2 employee, which means they do not take taxes out... I wish people would really do more research before bashing a company that has been such a godsend! If anyone has any questions and I can help, feel free to comment. ONLY suggestion for Working Solutions, can you advise how you could move from a agent to higher up within the company? Or become a resource agent? Thanks so much for providing me with a great employment opportunity!

Someone was telling me about a work from home data entry job on Facebook and referred me to a George Corona in Teams. He gave me the job and said that they were sending me a check that I have to use to get my laptop with all of my softwares that is needed. At first I thought it was real because the guy talked in great details about the company and position plus a lot of businesses use teams to message employees and do interviews. After doing more research, I found out that it was a scam… nothing against the company, just awful people out here… now I have to do a lot of calling to the places to make sure my identity doesn’t get stolen (no I didn’t give my SSN, but did give a picture of my DL because just like any other job, they need proof of identity, so I didn’t think anything of it)
