Messed up my delivery and held package without informing me I’d have to drive to Kelowna to get it. I don’t live in Kelowna. Had to fight to get the info and no accountability. Now I have to wait 5 more days for delivery

Best place to ship packages. Just found them on maps and they offered best service then all other shipping facilities in the city. They packed my package and offered me lowest price. I have checked everywhere else and they provide the best service and price. My package reached the destination within 24 hours. They helped me to pickup my package from my truck and took care of everything And i was done in no time.
Definitely recommended to everyone, will definitely come here in future.

terrible delivery company(DHL), today I'm chasing my package all day, because I really need it today, the courier came to my house without calling before, I was not at home at that time and he did not leave the package at the door, although everyone does this and it’s normal, now they don’t give me a guarantee that I can receive my package today, and I’m left without anything and the whole weekend is down the drain, don’t use this delivery, it’s easier to pick it up yourself

DHL guy was 0 help and even hung up on me and then would not answer my calls after. I asked for help tracking my packagem he said DHL could not help even though it was shipped through them. Will never use them again. 04/10/24 1:20pm
