YEG Corporate needs to completely re-think this parking system. It's driving customers away, myself included. I would rather use a cab/Uber to get there and back than use Value Park.

Several times this year I have been unable to get out as the machine will not accept or read the card. The only way out is to tailgate some other lucky driver (who's parking card it recognizes).

If you need help, you get to speak with a person (by phone) who seems poorly trained (and who is probably getting a LOT of abuse from angry customers).

This entity has no right to be in business.

Please fix it.

I love the convenience of being able to walk to the airport before my flights and this parking lot is very easy to navigate.

Fast and easy, around 10 mins walk to terminal, had problem scanning the qr code to exit but staff assisted on phone to open the gate

We always use Value Park but this time we were not impressed. Parked in lane for shuttle but waited 15 min in weather that said feels like 36 degree. For middle of the day, service should be better!

Conveniently priced and located, great shuttle service…. however entering and exiting the property if prepaid for online (cheapest option which is encouraged) is a headache and a half. Will not scan QR code on your phone resulting in a phone call to their office where you will be put on hold for a few minutes while the line piles up behind you. Great in theory, but needs work to have a better flowing operation.

Very slow shuttle service with little ability to communicate for a pickup. No answers on their phone number and there driver saw me to parked in designated row but instead of pick me up he ignored me n drive away it happened 29 May 15:15.

Horrible. Stay away from Value Parking.

They used to give me a discount as an oil patch unionized worker associated with the Building Trades Association.

Normally I would retrieve my car from the Value Parking (VP) lot, drive to the cashier wicket, show my oil patch badge and get 40% off!

However…. the last time I retrieved my car, I drove to the wicket and it was closed. There were only automated payments. I could not get the discount.

I called VP (aka Edmonton International Airport Parking). The attendant said the cash wicket was closed 4 years ago during COVID. I told her COVID was over so why wasn’t the cash wicket open.

She didn’t know. She said I could not get the discount. I fought back. She said to get the discount I would have to drive to Door #7 at the airport, show my badge, and get the discount. She wouldn’t open the gate to let me drive to Door #7. I fought back again. She relented and opened the gate.

Near Door #7, I had to pay for indoor parking first. After parking, I went to Door #7, went to the YEG Transportation counter, and got the discount.

I then walked back to mt car and paid for about 15 minutes parking. What an ordeal.

On a second trip, I decided to use a promo by Alberta Motor Association (AMA). I went online to the AMA site but the discount would not work. I was sent in circle on the site.

Soooo, I went to AMA in Sherwood Park. An agent said she couldn’t get the site to work either for the parking discount. She suggested I keep trying and trying and trying. I don’t freaking think so.

She was able to book my parking with a discount. What a going show.

Try another discounter until AMA and Value Parking get their act together.

My husband just got back from a trip and went to start his truck and his catalytic converter has been stolen while it was parked at the airport. Do they not have security there 😡
