Their taxi drivers loves to park illegally on our private parking. I had to park on the street because these yellow cabs keep on parking on my spot. I tried to complain on their website but no reply. These are 3 different days and it’s getting absolutely frustrating!

I booked a cab today, and had the worst experience ever. Driver did not read the notes, went to the wrong door, hung up when I called him, dispatch took so long to answer the phone that the driver cancelled the trip. Dispatch sent the driver to me, but the driver wanted to charge meter rate instead of flat rate, he called dispatch and they fixed that. Then he said he called me 3 times and accused me of lying when I said I have no missed calls on my phone. He was argumentative, rude, and accusatory. I finally ask him to stop and let me out as I felt uncomfortable and after stopping it took me asking 2 more times before he unlocked the door. Worst customer service ever! Sad thing is this happens daily where the driver doesn’t read the notes and then the customer service spirals downhill.

If I could give negative stars I WOULD! One of your drivers hit and damaged my car! Now I have to pay $1,000 for the repair and I can’t sue you guys for it because your drive drove off without leaving their information and I know it was one of your drivers because I saw him but was not able to get the license plate to report it to the police so you’re lucky! You can literally see the yellow paint scratch on my passenger mirror! I will be telling everyone I know and everyone I DONT know to NEVER order a taxi with you guys! I hope you lose all your business and go bankrupt! WORST taxi company out there! Hands down!

Now I know why cabs are losing so much business to Uber! I have never been in a dirty Uber! Yellow cab drivers really need to learn to clean their cars! There is garbage under the front seat that is rolling onto my feet (this is being written as I am in the middle of a trip in this cab). I have taken Yellow Cab for trips previously, and this experience is no different than the rest! No, I don't have a choice in transportation, as this is what WBC sets up for medical appointments. Absolutely disgusting!

Zero stars if possible. Needed a quick ride to jetset parking (2 minutes away). Cab driver turned off the meter and said it was 20 bucks. Will never use yellow cab. Ubers only.

Buyer beware...

The last two times I have ordered a yellow cab there have been major red flags.

The first time, using the app, the driving went directly to my destination without picking me up and it appeared the driver was going to 'complete' the trip without picking me up. A SCAM.

The second time, using the app again, the driver didn't even try to find me. The driver did not show up for 10 minutes and then the driver noted in the app that I was not found. Didn't try to call, just made me sit around. I called to clarify, and the agent tried to blame me for the driver not showing up to my pick up point and gave me a bunch of attitude for it Given that a charge was placed on my account, this is unacceptable.

I ended up calling an Uber, I don't care that they're an American company and I will choose to support that over a scam app.

Cab was booked for two minors to take them to the dentist. Cab driver required prepayment and took them to an incorrect address. The 13year old requested that they be taken to the correct address. Cab fare was subsequently higher and instead of waiting for their father to arrive he took the child’s watch and drove off.
Cab company was not helpful!!!
Police have been contacted. This is intimidation and extortion of a minor.
