Cab was in shambles. No headrests. Oil jug top top off the engine. Smelled like vomit and cigarettes. Drive line had a bad shake. Showed up late. Driver was nice so 2 stars

Worst cab company that Dawson creek has ever had!! Jan 3/25 the cab driver almost caused an accident. We were driving on Alaska near Burger King when the cab driver cut us off coming out of Burger King parking lot.. it’s so slippery out there and these cab drivers think they own the roads! And the sad thing is they don’t give actual about people’s lives! They are just concerned about making a buck .. something needs to be done… I get drive like they are back in their own country maybe they should be back there

All drivers are very punctual and trustworthy. My only concern or comment is that they really just use google as address and sometimes google is wrong. I would recommend just double checking with streets name and numbers. but overall is a good service. for when temperatures are too cold to walk

However there have been many times when I asked to be picked up at a specific time because i haves an appointment to get to and the taxis are late. It seems the phone operator does not tell drivers where they should be if a customer calls in advanced

how can you forget to pick up a client when they clearly state it’s urgent and then blame them? we called around six times just for a booking and ended up losing our cab to someone else?! unbelievable and don’t even get me started on how “professional” your drivers are… no courtesy or respect for your clients. you don’t even deserve one star i’d say that’s being too nice to you guys. never trusting this cab company again it’s let me down a hundred times and always manages to disappoint me to new levels each time… IM DONE

Absolutely the worst taxi services are in Dawson Creek BC. Yellow Cabs and AC Cabs operate under the same phone numbers that lead to the same dispatcher. Little town like this and they will tell you 15 minutes for a taxi yet 2 hours can be the wait. UBER IS NEEDED HERE!!!

They told me 50 minutes wait so when 1hr 20 minutes went by I called and they said 7-8 minutes. What they didnt know is my apartment is across from their office and a guy finally came out, jumped in the cab and crossed the road to pick me up. That cab had been sitting there all day

Golden cabs are atleast honest about wait times most of the time.

Horrible horrible company, dispatch told me 5 minutes … I waited 15 and called , he said the driver “is coming” waited another 5 , now I’m late for school I call back he says I told you 15-20 minutes. First of all I called over an hour ahead of time asking what the wait time was for a cab here, he said it wouldn’t be long at all. Then call for it and he says 5 mins. Then he lies and says I said 15-20? Your timing skills are very off and non helpful to customers. And I’m a student trying to do something with my life . Shame on you

I booked a cab at 8:28 am today and was told that the cab would reach in 10-15 minutes, however, it didn't reach by 8:55 am and they stopped taking my call after that wasting my 10 minutes in an emergency. This was very unprofessional on their part and the least they could have done was a clear communication. I booked it based on google reviews. I hope they take this into consideration since those who book a cab here in Dawson Creek do so in an emergency.

Called at 7 am as I needed a ride to get somewhere by 8. Was told 20 min for cab. 30 min later called back. Was told 10 more min. 20 min later called again. Was told driver on the way. Called back 10 min later and told them to forget it. Any good review is probably fake. Lousy service. Call golden cabs instead. Took them 5 min from call to have me in a cab
