Com8ng in off metis trail, there needs better signage to say you MUST turn onto barlow, or ur screwed... gotta go all the way out to deerfoot, onto country hills blvd, to gey back to barlow... very annoying

This is the newish international terminal which was added to the airport recently. It's pretty well organized in terms of walking distance etc. Access to lounge is pretty easy (Aspire). The food selection is pretty good. It has ample and comfortable seating area at begining but things go a little downhill close to gates. There are not many seats close to the gates so you have to sit far from gate to the point that hearing announcements is not that easy through typical airport noise. Also annoyingly they didn't add power outlet close to all seating

The new international terminal is great. Love the design and open space. Great views of the planes and city.

The staff are friendly and always there to offer directions and information.

It is exponentially big and very new and ahead for it’s time. There is always space at the drop-off and pick-up spot and the flights are usually on time. At Christmas time there are a lot of great, quality decorations. Renovated restaurant and hangout places.

I travel within Canada a lot, so I really like this airport. It's modern and fresh with lots of places to dine, grab a coffee or browse shops while waiting for a flight. Security, though usually quite lined up, is pretty quick. Things are much more efficient and timely than they were 2 years ago due to Covid. I find this airport easy to navigate and always a friendly employee or volunteer nearby should I have a question.

We were warned of the Christmas rush but there we no problems for our international flight. Westjet had lots of agents so there was no line at the ticket counter. Security was ready for crowds and it went fast. US immigration had no line.
