Warning: They will scratch your car's paint.

I maintain my 16-year-old Accord with great care, specifically ensuring that the paint is kept in top condition. Earlier this year, I did a paint correction and had the paint the best it could possibly look. I had the trunk lid and spoiler in flawless condition, the attached picture shows how badly they scratched the trunk lid and spoiler. Unfortunately, after Zack's Auto completed the undercoating and washed my car, I found it riddled with swirl marks. This clearly indicates the use of harsh brushes and a rushed job, which is unacceptable.

Safety Hazard:
To add insult to injury, my hood was left unlatched when I picked up the car. Had I not noticed this and gone onto the highway, the consequences could have been disastrous.

Final Thoughts:
My Accord may not be the newest car on the block, but it's what keeps me free from a car payment; so it needs to last as long as possible. Part of that longevity involves maintaining its appearance, which Zack's Auto has now compromised.

In short, I will never be returning to this location for services again and would strongly caution anyone else against doing so. They give you a free oil change with a 5 star review by the way, so be VERY cautious of their 4.7/5 star rating.

Irresponsible people. They behave to you like they already have enough customers and who cares if you never come back again! I booked for a rust protection online and received the confirmation email. After more than one month l took my car there but they apparently could not find my name (but you could feel they have replaced a friend or an old customer with me hoping I won’t show up or will be late) and simply said: we cannot do anything, all the times are booked until the end of the next month. After I insisted on getting another appointment they suddenly found a time 10 days later! This was my first and last experience with Zack.

I was in a time crunch to get a new vehicle but needed a truck. Zack's Auto Sales not only had exactly what I needed, it was at the easily the best price I've seen on all similar makes and models.

The staff were incredibly accomedating and professional, ensuring everything met my needs and that I knew everything they knew about the vehicle itself. They offer an amazing warranty package that covers just about anything other than basic routine maintenance (mind you even some of that is covered). To top it all off I was able to drive away with my truck that day!

Absolutely fantastic experience purchasing a car from Zacks Auto Sales this past weekend. Travis and Donnie were so helpful with the sale and financing of the vehicle. When I test drove the vehicle, I had my daughter with me, and Travis was kind enough to remove and install the car seat multiple times in the 30 degree weather, just so I could test drive a few of the vehicles. I wasn't able to be in Truro while working out the finance side of things, but Donnie was available and answered all my questions right away. They even arranged to have the vehicle driven to my house and the paperwork taken to me! The car was spotless and looked fantastic. They really did a great job! I can't express enough how great the service was and how happy I am with my purchase from Zacks. Huge thanks to everyone that had a part in the sale, servicing, financing and delivery of the vehicle.
