We use them for our deliveries at work, they never get anything delivered on time. We have to call them several times to get correct ETA on our deliveries and still don't get our stuff delivered on time ever!

They have fantastic prices and I will be using them again. Zip has helped me out on two occasions where time was of the essence and they were larger items that needed to be picked up and both times they were delivered with out any damage and on time. These guys were absolutely fantastic - highly recommend! They took my call on the weekend and managed to organize a last minute dedicated courier for the next day. Chris who I spoke to even went in to the office on the weekend to make all arrangements which was above and beyond. The courier service was on time and delivered the package safely to its destination.

Very unreliable delivery service. I paid for rush service for a document to be delivered by 1pm same day. Seems like they completely forgot the order. I called back around 1:15 since the document had not been picked up yet and it was still going to be 30 minutes before they picked up the package and another hour to actually deliver the document. First and last time I will ever use this company.

We were super impressed with Zip Courier! As we were not at our place when Chris arrived with our luggage, he kindly offered to bring it to Granville Island. He was kind and accommodating.
